Garden to Vase Workshop at Avant Gardens ~ September 10th, 2024

Join Kim from greenlion and Katherine Tracey, owner of Avant Gardens for this incredibly special workshop. Avant Gardens is located in Dartmouth, MA. Katherine formerly trained as a painter and textile designer which informed her appreciation for color and pattern and also her passion for horticulture. For over 30 years, she has been experimenting with the unexpected on the grounds of Avant Gardens, and her innovative designs have earned many notable honors. Kathy will guide us on a garden tour and we will discuss what unexpected plants work well in cut arrangements. 

Utilizing local flowers,  garden cuttings and more Kim from greenlion will lead everyone through creating their own lush garden style compote floral arrangment. Vase, flowers and clippers will be provided. The vase and your arrangment are yours to keep, the clippers will stay with greenlion. We will be under the tent at Avant Gardens and this is a rain or shine event and is non-refundable.  We hope you can join us for this magic day.
